    Saturday Opens This will be a problem a team that doesnt show houses on Saturdays is costing you. If a tenant has to see multiple properties they cannot justify asking bosses for time off consistently. Our saturdays opens are the most popular and usuall allow for all parties to be there.

    That sounds over the top and there are regulations per re-let charges. Whilst relets do require some renegotiation skills there is no justification for this charge

    I think there is still a place for signs as enquiry is usually from a qualified prospect ie knows the area and likes the look of the house. It is generally low cost or free. I wouldnt charge my clients for a sign as it does also adcvertise the agency
