I've bought ready made curtains from Lincraft. They even had a seam/rolled over part at the top to thread a rod through, no need for rings. Price was surprisingly reasonable.

Living in the garage because the house and yard are uninhabitable due to all of the "stuff". 6 months is an incredibly short period of time in which to acquire all of the "stuff". There is almost certainly a mental health issue here with accumulation and hording. I hope the lady concerned gets...

I've used this one: http://www.choiceswitch.com.au/ to compare electricity and gas costs for my area. I can't vouch for how accurate or impartial it is though.
