Has there been a wave of supply in this area in terms of high rises apartments etc? Because if you see the graph for Jan 05 - July 09, it seems like it has a history of vacany rates <2%.

I agree with the fact that the big towers and power lines will cause 'lesser' interest in your home if and when you decide to sell/rent, but what about the transmission underground feeders that we build, no one seems to worry about those as we can't see them ;)

Been recently heavily invovled in the construction of the new Oran Park ZS project so have had to drive via Badgerys Creek Rd (BCR) quite a few times. What's with the major civil works happening out there in the middle of BCR? Does anyone know what they're doing with the roads out there?
