I was just wondering what percentage the non-finance (i.e. excluding interest) costs make up from your rent? On my current IP I have per annum:
Rent: 21840 (420pw)
less
Agent fees: 1310.40 (6% of rent)
Maintenance: 982.80 (budget 4.5% of purchase value 335k)
