Generally speaking, prices are high across all reasonable dwellings - however - somewhat more affordable for TH in good areas - while for a house in a similar price...

    good inputs. Indeed is for PPOR - so focusing on CG. So far can see that TH are cheaper - so it helps with the $$$ numbers...- however - with their limited land and freedom for future reno / changes - cant see how they gain much CG in comparison with houses.
