    High quarterly strat fee's??

    Hi all, I pay $924 per quarter for a small block of four in a 1970's red brick.They are all 3 bedders. There's no saving for a future expense apart from general maintainance and the building is fine. If they are not trying to build up the kitty,does this seem high or not?

    Quick update from my initial question on this post Good news. The egency have agreed to waive the weeks fee for the lease renewal and just charge $18- for lease prep. I appreciate their understanding of my concern.
