It is with the same lender though. Majority of the fees were waived except a small amount. The loan is actually for PPOR. The lender was reluctant to adjust the loan amount and wanted to round it up to $270k so this made me feel a little insecure.

I'm currently in the process of refinancing my loan from fixed and variable to standard variable. My current loan is $268k, however in the new loan the person has written up my loan to $270k so a $2k difference. In my mind, I'm thinking that it wouldn't matter much because I have $xx in the...
