Don't do it! It's fraught with danger and the tax issues are complicated. Clean-cut transactions are ultimately the best.

Thanks everyone who replied to this post. The Wakelin formula doesn't sound like rocket science. A lot of common sense seems to driv what they say, and I'm not convinced that inner Melbourne is the only place to make money in IPs.

Treeloppers Don't just be guided by price. Statewide Tree Services are excellent, reliable and fairly priced. They work all over Melbourne and know what what they are doing. We've used other so-called treeloppers who were cheap but inept.
