    Hi In a position where I received a first buyers stamp duty concession but due to work need to move states and can't fulfil the 12 months living in it condition. I now need to repay the concession when I rent it out. Is this payment linked to generating income and thus deductible?

    Sorry was meaning in relation to claw back of commission paid by the lender to the broker. I think if I refinance before a years up then the broker will pass charge me this clawback as a fee for the service provided.
