Want to live close-ish to the CBD / transport.

as long as you purchase trading properties to make short term games through add value / discount buying and pump the profits from those back into your holding portfolio.
it only gets released to the developer if it is stated that it does so in the contract.
normally it just sits in the vendors solicitor or rea's trust account and can't be touched until settlement.
