    why not trick up sites that do have the 20% profit margin.. theres plenty of them... the problem isnt finding sites the problem is finding funding.

    it only gets released to the developer if it is stated that it does so in the contract. normally it just sits in the vendors solicitor or rea's trust account and can't be touched until settlement.
