    it's NORTH at Milson's Point. I went in the afvo, and none of the studio+ one bedders has parking....and not cheap.... And most of them facing the railway and freeway...yeah, not that good i think...

    Seen some new studios and one bedders for sale, from 410K... They do sound a bit dear...but what do you think? still good investment? To me, one thing for sure is whichever one I can potentially afford WILL have to have parking.

    I already see that houses in Willoughby area in Sydney have started to have "For Sale" signs up -- this is unheard of in the past 2 years, people fight for them like crazy in auctions.

    Yes, what you see on the contract is what you get, unless they agree ""in writing" of your request. However, sometimes, the vendor leaves out the inclusion till the auction day, where they will usually just handwrite/tick whatever they want to throw in.

    It's not the Banks interests to get more money out of the propery, unless they think the value dropped so much so they can't get the loan amount back. As long as it's covered for them, they will just leave it to the market. So, do not fall for it.
