We were wondering if the interest would have applied to the total time they have been holding the bond moneys... about 7 years. (Not just since we finished up) $10 per month or there abouts, over 84 months is a considerable sum! Regards PJ

Hi Daz, Good point. The bond was actually not recorded in our lease which we discovered just before finishing up. Its was documented in all the paperwork from the real estate agent who handled the original rental of the property and the lease, and was clearly shown in the receipts but...

Hi Have had someone in with a camera checking on where the pipes are located, and we can pick up the waste pipe a metre or so out from the sink and run 90 degree from it over to the WM and Tub. Your costing estimate seems closer to our thoughts on it all. thanks pj

Hi Black Spider We think .... giving house street appeal, adding 2nd bathrooom, modernising and upgrading kitchen, bathrooms and general presentaion. Basically, uplifting the property from being just land value to giving the house some value too. Cheers... PJ
