Hi Whippee, we have an IP in Munno Para West. We built approx 12 months ago for approx 220k (villa) and it is currently rented for $250 per week with no tenant issues (good depreciation too) and the IP has definitely gone up nicely in value judging by similar properties on re.com.au. However...

An update: I visited the showroom today and was quite pleased with the look of the Laminex Diamondgloss products but am now investigating using Laminex Freestyle. A stone look-a-like,,much more durable but also more expensive..looks great though, Has anyone used it? Thanks.

Thanks for the advice so far. Are the glass tops prone to breaking if a saucepan or something else heavy is dropped onto them?

Thanks, that's pretty cheap I reckon. The bathroom I am considering will be a full bathroom so more expensive. How are you tackling the plumbing? My house has a concrete floor so how can drains etc be iinstalled? Thanks again.
