I think Lalor, Epping have better streetscape than Coolaroo and Dallas. The residential area of Coolaroo is not big, as half of the area is industrial. Talking about industrial in Coolaroo, does anyone see it as a negative agaisnt the suburb?

Greensborough is quite a bid suburd. The northern part ( north of the Ring Road ) usually has bigger and newer houses, but further from the Greensborough Plaza. Personally, I find streets like Vermont Pde, Lyell Parade are within walking distance to the main shopping area, yet not too close...

Hi, Point Cook is closed to the beach, have a bigger town centre,and will have train station ( in Williams Landing ) soon, compare to Caroline Springs.

Compare to many other new areas, I think South Morang has a lot of trees around. Compare to the western suburds, I believe the west is closer to CBD by radius.

Hi Allison, I thot $290 for a land inc house is very cheap. How big is the land size ? Have the costs include site costs etc. Point Cook in my opinion is a good area, with the William Landing station to be build soon, it will only get better.You may be aware that the new selective entry...
