What are people's thoughts on the nth East along the hurst bridge line? Seems better value when compared to East and South east. However, it seems that the suburbs are not as desirable.

Thank you all for the replies. My thoughts are pretty much in-line with the general consensus here. Anyone here have an intimate knowledge of the area and would like to share what are some of the better streets? Jake, which suburbs do you think present better value? Western? North Eastern?
