    Fix Now or Wait ?

Hi, I just noticed in the fine print that once they yearly discount rate finishes and you revert to one of the packages you do not qualify for the .50 or .60 discount to this rate. This makes this less competitive doesnt it as I think St G ad others apply the discount once you drop off the...

St George 1.5% below std variable

Should we take the variable -1.5 product and wait for fixes to bottom or wait a bit longer and grab the fix product directly ? I imagine you have to pay the full whack of charges if you convert to fix after one year as opposed to the free switch to generic discount SVR product

St George 1.5% below std variable

    Palm trees in Melbourne

My SIL says Palms are so out of style and low class and we have to get rid of our palms and replace them with South African Flowering Judas or whatever. I just moved a small palm growing next to a big palm (sorry Im new to Palms) in our front garden. Im very proud I didnt kill it. Anyway she...

Does anyone think the arrival of the train station (whenever that is) and the surrounding development will give SP another kick up ? I have looked at the plans on the SP website and it seems they are going to build a bit of a hub around it
