    Are you sure you will be better off financially by moving? If you move you will not be able to claim all the expenses relating to the property as a tax expense (depreciation, rates, maintenance etc). This is probably worth more than $30pw.

    Yes it is NRAS but should still be much shorter than 39 pages. Can always get the selected applicant to do the stat dec etc, if necessary, when signing up the lease.
