i'm really nervous... we are about to list our investment property on the market and our agent believes we should be able to get above 600k... Any advice or just sit back and hope for the best... do you think 600k reserve is ok if the agent believes he can get 600k +?

Hi all, We bought our investment property at the end of 2009. Rented out straight away for a year and a bit... then decided to move back in.. Did a bit of reno and stayed there for about a year... Then decided to rent it out and use the rental income to rent an apartment... At the beginning...

i just rang them and they said it would cost $250 to switch and seeing as though I have 2 separate loans with them, that's $500!

no it's not interest only... Principle and interest if that's what you mean... even then it won't help... i need at least 1 month grace in order to give me some breathing space... I can always borrow money but want to leave that as a last option. nothing worse than borrowing money to pay debt
