You need a water tight container and at least in BNE they are around the 2,500$ mark. Keep in mind delivery and later on how it may be collected. Tilt tray or mini lifter? In my opinion, as I spend a lot of time opening containers for unpacking, it can a bit luck of the draw if you get one...

Here in Brisbane years ago we actually paid slightly more to get the colorbond roof rather than tiles on our new build home. We love it - as previous posters have mentioned, much easier to coordinate your gutters, downpipes, garage doors, fences... and potential future extensions or patio...
