Thats what I did with one of my PM's good move it was too now my rent comes on time all the time and all my calls are always returned quick not that iv needed to call her much

When I seen my accountant the other week I asked about a pre nup or trust to keep my assets safe from a break up in future I was told once you have kids together the family court can over ride what you have in place to protect your assets

Hi Justkate sorry to hear but when he fill's in the TAC forms about the accident note down he was about to start work so he should get some loss of earnings payments it should help him a little
