The IPCC don't produce data, they assess it.
The IPCC findings are also reviewed by various scentific bodies, and submissions and corrections can be made which if found to be valid, are adopted in subsequent assessments. It's all out in the open.
Given that, if you for example, had some...
Rain, hail and shine. I hope that helps. Which of course it doesn't, just like your observations don't.
After all this and you were yet to look up a definition of what you were disagreeing with?
I expect wikipedia gave you enough concrete examples? There's plenty of evidence of climate...
You're basing your opinion on anecdotal evidence gathered from your window, and a guy from an internet forum who reckons stuff just like you, and telling people to beware of peer reviewed science upon which close to 100% of the science community agree with. No wonder you're having fun, you're...
Did you get any help from your Mum? A lot of kids out there don't right? And chances are, they're not pulling themselves up by the bootstraps, so the question becomes, how do we help those kids less fortunate than yours? If at all. You seem to be in the "we don't" camp, but that's not a...
So you do want to help the disadvantaged, ok that's progress, but why only the Australian ones?
As for your "working poor" I think we've established that these people are not necessarily disadvantaged. I get that you don't like whinging dole bludgers. Let's leave them out of the discussion.
So you're saying you're quite comfortable with the current level of disadvantage in Australia, that however slim it may be, there is still a chance of success, so maybe they just need to put in a bit more effort? That's a pretty extreme view.
Why is that you feel more entitled to succeed...
That's a big area, care to narrow down your requirements a little?
Regardless, personally I wouldn't expect any growth in that timeframe. I think you would need to be a bit creative as opposed to buying and holding.
I agree. The original application was for a small bar and cafe, not sure why that fell through but now it looks like it will be all residential. Commercial has always struggled that far from Beaufort but I think resi will be fine. It's a 5-10 min walk to Beaufort. I wouldn't want to live on...
+1 for hiring a car.
Wack Croatia on your list too. Drive the coast, visit Plitvice. You can put your car on the ferry in Dubrovnic over to Italy... and theres some awesome driving (and accom) on the Italian coast (Amalfi, Cinque Terre)
There's another Match Group development coming in Vincent as well:
It's light on for detail, all I know is it's on the old Jester's pies corner (Walcott and Burt), do any of you developer types know any...
There's big plans afoot here too (although, this is second installment of a master plan for the area):
Which basic policies are you referring to?
I can't think of one (basic or otherwise) that has either:
- passed the senate
- passed the test of rational/fair/sensible policy
- done anything like it was supposed to (read: axe the tax = $550pa back to consumers)
- and/or been a broken promise...
Why are they cheats or lazy SOB's? Does everyone on welfare fit into this category, or only those that take drugs?
What if they grow their own? Still a cheat, still lazy? What if they get it for free from a friend?
You're not really thinking this through are you.
