Hi guys I'm looking at buying a IP in Bankstown. It is a 2 bedroom unit for $295k and weekly rent return of 350. Strata, council and water accumulate to $1000 a quarter. Do you think this is a good buy and what are your pros and cons of buying in this suburb.
