Two of my Coolbellup cheapies are close to lines like this. I have never had a problem getting good rental money for them - comparable to my Coobie places that are not close to such lines. It may be a different story when I eventually come to sell them - but they'll be 4-baggers anyway :D...

Thanks, Blacky. Hard to tell from the thumbnail if it's floor or wall mounted. If it's wall mounted and it had different basins I'd like it, LOL. But it's certainly fit for purpose! I'm looking for something streamlined and wall mounted for my PPOR. cheers
