    True, they have a couple of buildings resembling apartment blocks nearing completion right on top of the ring road in the uni. Looks like plenty of rooms will be available to students in the near very future.

    We used Jones Homes to build 3 villas for us and we were extremely happy with the quality of the build and there service. They have an office in High Street Maitland. Hope that helps.

    Hey Oscar, thanks for your reply. That's a very good strategy and would certainly eliminate a lot of the headaches of having to continually deal with the banks. Only issue for someone "starting out" is being able to have a LOC big enough to cover construction costs. Ken
