Has anyone on SS considered trying to do a group discount with PM in QLD? I have a few properties combined with siblings and we negotiated a good rate in NSW; however with my single property in toowoomba and sisters spread across QLD... the PM doesn't seem to negotiate much on their rates.

Agree; if they are exceptional however you will never find out. That company who's marketing flyers are in green has awesome marketing; great ads for their clients and even an ipad app! That doesn't necessarily translate to their PMs... you'll really just have to find out. Agree with you...
