Hi Albanga I suppose a building desginer/draftsman etc handled ur case? just wondering who they r? I wasnt successful in retaining both crossovers and had to remove one of it and had it changed to nature strip....(yes block I was trying to building next to the existing dwelling had two crossovers)

yup the property agent only deducted some cleaning n let them go n that was last December. As u can see from my location I am in Melbourne and the property is in Rooty Hill so I am kind of just relying on the agent..

BTW any one u guys can recommend handyman/cabinet maker in case if replacing is the only option?
