Hey Mate, I used Cameron to find both my properties in Frankston (1 in south and 1 in north). I agree totally with your comments in that he is an excellent operator but the communication needs some work. I would recommend him to anyone buying in frankston. Matt

Rule of thumb is 600sqm. Corner blocks might get away with slightly smaller but thats on a case by case basis. If the block is a werid shape you might need alot more then 600sqm. Matt
