I was more thinking of just the difference in interest i could charge versus what im paying. Esentially i was picturing 1.5-2.0% above market rate, and people who are credit impaired i would have imagined would pay this?

Dear Gordon, It really comes down to profit margins as Kingo said. Other one is, if it becomes established and you want to sell it off. Would you be willing to sell it with your property as a turn key business and move elsewhere? Just a thought. Good luck with it all :)
