    Long time no posts but I been lurking.... We just picked up IP number 8 and very happy. 2 bed, 1 bath unit in good 'burb in Cairns. $75k will rent for $150 with a bit of paint and a quick tidy up. Hummm, that even qualifies under the Steve McKnight "11 second rule" as a decent property...

    I Agree. How on earth could you do your due dilligence? I think the idea from the initial thread was to take advantage of people whom are desperate or silly enough to take the offers and to take advantage of needy or unfortunate people. I think the agents would wise up to such tactics...
