    Frankston North Auction

Wow Pickle-Pickle. You have posted something good for a change. If true (and its a big if because one can't usually trust Frankston agents) then its an outstanding buy! Credit where credit is due.....on the face of things Pickle-Pickle has spotted a beauty. I'm in the UK, living in a hotel...

    Frankston prices increased???

Sounds like sour grapes that you don't have a spare $1m to invest. :D Druggies? Do you work for the police and keep in touch with local stats do you? I've seen drug paraphanalia on the street in Vaucluse & Double Bay. Prices there went up a lot since I saw the syringes back in 1990. Pray...

The cost of Laziness, and the demise of the practical human - ya gotta laugh.

The problem is that some people refuse to believe the sensors (or, for that reason, any other evidence). Unless something is staring them in the fact, they reckon it isn't happening

    Frankston prices increased???

Prices are moving, albeit slowly - this is good for investors who haven't gotten in yet. It is rare to be able to buy houses in any metro Aussie beachside suburb for the $300k mark. But one can easily do that in Frankston/Seaford. That makes it cheap in my book. At the $300k price, it is...

    Frankston prices increased???

Hi Player Wow 10 units on a mere quarter acre?! Wonder how they got approval for that back then. What's the cheapest 1br unit in Frankston sell for these days? Would the vendor been better off strata-ing off each unit and selling them individually?

    Frankston prices increased???

Its probably on a massive site and buyers would thus be less concerned with the current yield than in redevelopment opportunities. Pity the agent didn't have the intelligence or courtesy to advertise the block size. Buyers would naturally want to know the block size - and if 10 units fit there...

Setting aside the anti-agent sentiment for a moment, does anyone have any good links to post? Well, you are an agent - is there anything useful you can share with the rest of us? Be gracious if you have wisdom to share. (That's a big if I guess).

    Buying below market value

Didn't see you giving the rest of us buy signals during the gloom of a few months ago. On the contrary, you seemed extremely negative at the time.

do you use the same online passwords for all sites?

You were hacked? How? By whom? Im curious....I thought hotmail was un-hackable

    Frankston prices increased???

Maybe someone who has subdivided can tell us of their experiences? I'm told the local council is pretty pro-development as they want to have the older houses removed and replaced with nicer ones.

    Frankston North Auction

The following is directed at the two agents who are frequenting these threads Because agents are in the business of sales and have a duty to the seller. And also because the customer is always right and deserves courtesy. One house for sale in NF was on the market for ages and the agent...

sell em low, sell em fast. As an agent, don't you care why people are upset with industry participants like you? 1. I'm not an old lady. 2. I do call agents. Some don't give out their mobile numbers on adverts and don't even bother calling back when I leave my number. The receptionists are...

    Frankston North Auction

Ah I see agents are starting to frequent these threads. Really good attitude not to post mobile numbers on adverts and not return calls. http://www.realestate.com.au/cgi-bin/rsearch?a=o&id=106081396&f=0&p=10&t=res&ty=&fmt=&header=&cc=&c=25974559&s=vic&snf=rbs&tm=1257440793 Sell em low, sell...

    3 Investors!

Australia is a rich country, full of opportunity, where everyone who works hard can make a go of it. Legalities aside, I think it is lovely that families can work together as Navjit's has done. I wish them well. Maybe we can all learn from this.

    Frankston North Auction

The most expensive house for sale in Frankston North has been sold for, i'm told, $315k. According to the selling agent's office: "there's not much for sale here, houses are in short supply mate. Forget about dual-occs, nobody's selling em. Gimme your number and I will call you if something...

    Terry Ryder

I'm told she disclosed an interest on Sky Business News on Foxtel. That was last week. But I'm more interested in exactly where she bought in Frankston/Seaford and what exactly she paid, seeing she is so bullish on the area.

    seaford vic gaining?

Apparently, respected property gurus Terry Ryder and Margaret Lomas have been buying in the area recently. Seaford and Frankston are both on their hotspots list. No mystery there. The cheapies in these suburbs are selling for around 40% below that of the general Melbourne median. But, like...

    Frankston prices increased???

do what the property gurus do, not what they say Spoke again to a Frankston real estate agent who claims that property investment gurus Margaret Lomas and Terry Ryder bought Frankston, Seaford and North Frankston homes through his firm. I asked about specific locations but he refused to...

    Frankston prices increased???

On Sky Business News today, property guru Margaret Lomas casually mentioned Frankston again. Anyone know how many she owns locally? I was told by a local person in the know that she has 6 houses there. Is she still buying?
