    i think its all about the head lease. The banks are concerned with how they gain vacant posession in the event of the borrower defaulting becuase effectively they have leased it out for 10 years. Plus the PR doesnt look good when they are seen to be evicting a tenant becuase the porperty...

    There is no question about whether NRAS incentives will be paid. There was confusion about how the property owner would receive it in tax free format which is what the govt wanted. This has now been resolved albiet temporarily

    Check the locations the properties are in that Viva are offering particulary in Tas. The prices are significantly cheaper than mainland prices so on the surface appear to be great investments.
