NSW is a big place. But if you're wanting a BA to help in Sydney, sure they can help. But it doesn't mean they won't miss out due to the demand in the market right now.

Laing and Simmons Mount Druitt are great. They manage properties all the way till Parramatta. Reasonable fee as well!

Where abouts in Sydney is this? I would look at getting the right agent to ensure you maximise what you can get! Read a story on a sale in Western Sydney where the seller got 1.85m when their neighbour who sold in the same month got 1.2m. The difference was the agents used.

If you're talking about Sydney, I recall reading from some SS BA's that they too are struggling to compete in this market.
