    Black soil, crack, newbie's question, urgent!

    Hi Everyone, I just signed a contract for buying an IP in redbank plains area in Ipswich. Today , just got the building inspection done, n it points out there s a small crack in the bathroom, it may cased by the soil in this area. Is this a serious problem?
