Yes, there is a yearly strata insurance (shared by both property owners) So, its not really inferior, in your experience?? Like people wouldn't really be pull off because of that?

Thanks for everyone's reply. I stayed there till about 6pm. All i can see, is about half an hour of traffic jam (due to cars getting onto pennant hills road that's about 500m down the road). Otherwise, its as what i described previously......super smooth traffic. This really calm me down...

The property in question, is 700sqm. The building right at the end of the land, but there's a easement right in front of the building. So, the land's effectively divided into 2. Also, it belongs to Hornsby council. So, not sure about development potential.....
