    good to hear that its not as bad as i think. Isn't torren titled property are free to do whatever they want to their property and strata titled, you will need to obtain approval from BC (which in this case, there's none, so as long as the neigbhour agrees)

    Thanks for everyone's reply. I stayed there till about 6pm. All i can see, is about half an hour of traffic jam (due to cars getting onto pennant hills road that's about 500m down the road). Otherwise, its as what i described previously......super smooth traffic. This really calm me down...

    The property in question, is 700sqm. The building right at the end of the land, but there's a easement right in front of the building. So, the land's effectively divided into 2. Also, it belongs to Hornsby council. So, not sure about development potential.....
