    It doesn't matter what the property is sold as, what matters is what it is. And agents are not required to be 100% truthful to the buyers either (unfortunately). Exit the contract if you can and next time don't buy on an emotional high.

    Best money I've ever spent, had Lasek done. Takes a little longer to recover than Lasik, but if you play physical sports it's the better option. Now my eyes are better than 20/20, I can read 20/15 and a few letters in 20/10. I had some problems with haze in my right eye (still not 100%)...

    I see it as a win-win. Everyone wins. You guys met half way, just a normal part of negotiations. The seller wanted 10k more, but you were smart enough not to jack up your offer by that full amount, therefore you got the property you wanted for only 6k more. 6k is immaterial anyhow.
