    5 % or 10 % ?

    I'm interest in other's experience. Have you found less trouble, or more advantage when exchanging, with eg 10 % cash (own money, not banks ) or 5 % your, or 5% yours + 5 % banks ???

    aluminium windows cleaning- How

    tax credits in SMSF

    Q.Are tax credits transferable, eg a SMSF in pension phase, holds a IP through installment warrants. The building depreciation tax credits of an IP, are they just 'lost', or can they be transfer to the trustees of the smsf. Or can they be rolled over to used against eg future contribution tax.
