    Wyndham Vale/Truganina/Tarneit Precinct.

Tvadera, It is hard to tell without looking at the location, the shape of the block, is it facing the junction, how is the layout etc. Regardless of these, since you have made the purchase, do not look back and start to puzzle whether it was a good deal. Look forward and enjoy your purchase :)

    Point Cook Vs the East

A good law student does not mean that he/she will be a good lawyer, the same apply to an accountant. The skills of a professional does not solely rely on the academic results. Managing time, managing work pressure, managing clients' expectation, prioritise work....... are just as important as...

$350K in Melb. Coolaroo, Dallas or Lalor

Thank you Pickle Pickle, Coolaroo in fact has a new station since May (?) this year. It appear that you are not concern abt the smell from the water treatment plant. May be there is none. Some said the same thing for Laveron and Point Cook, which are also near a water treatment plant.

$350K in Melb. Coolaroo, Dallas or Lalor

Hi there, I am been thinking of the above suburbs for a while. I believe I can get a reasonably good 3 bedrooms house for about $350K on a 550 block of land. My checking seems to reveal that Coolaroo and Dallas will have better capital growth than Lalor, but I am concerned of the quality...

    Deer Park or Point Cook?

This was what I observed last year. The price dropped after a few weeks. I am not sure whether it is still the situation now, probably not now.

    New Estates

I think it depends on the location. Some suburbs like Pt Cook is very big, some part is easier to rent out than others.

    Deer Park or Point Cook?

Hi, I think the price of established property in Pt Cook picks up after the first home buyer bonus ceased/reduced. Prior to that the extra bonus from the gov was too hard to resist. I was also surprised when I learned that the price in Pt Cook has picked up in recent months.

    New Estates

Hi, I haerd that the lands in Williams Landing are selling very well. If I have the money probably I will consider buying there, but the price is higher compared to the surrounding suburbs. Its main selling point is the proposed railway station, I believe. Point Cook is big, some parts of...
