Seaford Beachside = Very Relaxing, but..

Are you suggesting if you work in the city you are better off living in Mulgrave than Seaford???!??! You've got to be kidding aren't you? I grew up in Mulgrave and now live in Seaford and I can certainly tell you I would hapily sit on the train everyday sipping my coffee and reading the paper...

haha if you look at past sales you will see the median price is exactly the sales price of brunel rd. According to the reiv the median is a more realistic 448k for december qtr, up from approx $412k for sept qtr. Considering decent houses non beach side seem to be selling for around 400ish I...

Hhhmmm that is interesting isn't it? I have heard some of his idea's which seem to make sense to me but I dont agree with this "Gazumping" clause thats abs bullsh*t. Most purchasers have their contract reviewed by a solicitor (I would hope!) so this should come to the fore then I guess but it is...

Hi, I'm not an expert in selling properties but from what I hear grab a booklet from ian reid vendor advocacy its free and helpful. Don't go with the first agent but don't go with the highest price either just be realistic...There was a good example recently in seaford a property was listed at...

Yes I think an AFL footy club base/training ground with facilities not only gives a suburb more of an identity & exposure but the facilities are also open to the public so win win really. Yeah can't argue with 21% growth! I wanted a ip there a cpl of yrs ago but i've missed the boat in franga...

I can't see that happening either.....some of the houses in Mentone are absolutely stunning and there are much better shopping facilities there too - i'd say about 10 times the number of little shops and all within easy walking distance to the beachside of the highway (I don't really consider...

I do agree that the track record for regional centres has had a mixed history but I think that given urban sprawl far too many people are living too far away from the cbd and have too poor an access to any facilities &/or infrastructure which the cbd provides. The government know this and it is...

I'd be interested to know why no one seems to have the foresight to compare suburbs on their proximity to a cad as opposed to melbourne cbd? I think Seaford will appreciate in the future based on its proximity to frankston. Frankston I believe will be a mini melbourne cbd in the future...

I live in Seaford and hope to some time in the near future acquire an ip in the area too. I purchased here after living in Mulgrave and then Mentone and to be honest I can't see why anyone would even think about living in narre/nble pk/dandy/mulgrave etc as soon as I saw what seaford had to...

I can't see how 2 - 3 mtrs above sealevel will have any impact whatsoever on prices the whole stretch from mordialloc to frankston is the same. Most of Patterson Lakes is under 1m above sea level and look at their prices!
