Has anyone used a private detective to check out prospective tenants? I know the PM checks bank accounts, drivers licence etc but I was thinking a PI could do a more thorough background check.
We are soon to move out of our current property in Hadfield and are going to let it out. Any recommendations of Property managers would be appreciated.
