    is now a good time to renovate?

    Seeing as how prices are rising is it a good idea to spruce up some IPs to help capitalize on the rising market and increase CG further for a decent reval? I really want to do this to 2 of my IPs but I’m on the other side of the world, but I could do a 3 month reno holiday if the gains are worth it.
