Hello Brenda, I got my copy from Angus and Robinson here in Victoria, but I'm sure any good book store will either stock this title, or can order it for you. Just quote ISBN 187631222X. RRP is $24.95

    Ordinary Millionaires

This book by Jim McKnight is a real "must read" for everyone reading this very posting. The stories are so diverse and inspirational. Capter Six, "The Scrounger", is a real ripper that I can somewhat relate to. The chapter on "George the retired Greek" is also a ripper. Jan even gets her own...

    Peter Spann

I think his initial (real) cash flow came from being employed as an advertising copy writer. A step up from Woolies I guess!! I also believe he owns a chain of pharmacy retail outlets.

    "No limit Property group"

Hello whynot, Getting off the topic somewhat, but it seems the Jenman system is losing favour in the industry. There was an article in the Melbourne Saturday Age a couple of weeks ago outlining the decline in Jenman offices!! It went on to say how Jenman was culling the non performers (and...

    "No limit Property group"

Here's another link you may find interesting. I can't say I'm a real supporter of Jenman, but he stirs the pot somewhat. http://www.abc.net.au/4corners/content/2003/20030421_tall_stories/jenman.htm PS Poor Mrs. Pope. She actually trusted (unknown low life) lawyers!! Buyer beware, well maybe...

    Nouveau Riche

Hello everyone, Just wondering if anyone has come across this mob before. Seems they have set up a network marketing business all based around selling property investing educational material. I tried attaching the file that gives the whole structure, but it's too large. Their URL is:-...

    Peter Flanagan - guru?

    >>>Same reason Meriton are running free seminars to promote their properties, whilst saying they cant keep the properties up to their buyers.<<< Totally disagree here NickM. There is no way Peter would offer a full 100% money back guarantee on his 3 day seminar if he was only flogging his own...

    Peter Flanagan - guru?

I too went to the introductory seminar that Peter held. I'd have to agree that it was fairly basic, but his guarentee on his three day seminar was pretty impressive. Seems one can do the whole three days, and if not satisfied, can claim a full reinbursment. Seems he's been doing these seminars...

The Forums "Tips and Tricks to Add Value to your IP"

Just another quick tip regarding the posting by Jas. I found upgrading and replacing power points, switches and light fittings a great enhancement, but the underlying wiring can be some what of a problem. The old rubber insulaton in many old houses only needs a slight disturbance to fall off and...

    Silicon Removal

Hello Ben, Thanks for the reply. I was unaware there was a product available specifically for silicon removal. I ended up soaking rags in mineral turps and sitting them over the silicon areas for an hour or so. This softened up the bond (and silicon) enough to make the removal a lot less tedious.

    Silicon Removal

Just wondering if anyone can offer a little advice on the best way to remove silicon from around the perimeter of a second hand spa bath we just bought. Is there any solvent available that will break the bond to the fibreglass (or gelcoat)? It's a full bead and I've tried removing it by...

Hello Kristine, Yes I'm sorry to have been so vague on locality. This property is in Morwell in the Latrobe Valley area (Victoria). And the shopping centre mentioned just opened a Big W and has a Bunnings Warehouse along with a cinema complex with numerous other franchised and independent...
