Thats true ROFL, but the only prob is that with interest only terms you can be limited to the time period. St.Goerge has exclelnt terms avalible now.:)

Unfortunatly there are some brokers out there that will only show you 1 bank. The one that pays the biggest commission. It gives the rest of us honest brokers a bad rep.

LOC vers OffSet As stated they will both work your Mortgage down, Yes they do work the same way except.. with a OffSet you are also reducing your equity. A LOC allows your equity to be avalible to you at anytime in the future without refinancing. Worth a thought
