    It would have been nice. Unfortunately, its made up of 12 stand alone resi loans. They have released approx 2 mil in equity and happy for me to borrow another 5-6 mil on top of the 8.2 mil. I think I will just stick to my current 2 lenders to avoid this exposure.

    Thank you. Food for thoughts. I am currently in the process of refinancing all my loans with a single lender to the value of 8.2 million at 70% leverage. It's made up of all stand alone loans and not cross. My hesitation is that if I default in one, the lender is able to go after all of them...

    Hang in there China! This will be all over by the end of the year. You can then go back and focus on what you do best (i.e the service your provide for your clients/patients). By end of next year, this will all be a distant memory. Wishing you all the best.

    I can run faster :) LVR 70% but I am just curious at what rate they would offer. I am currently with ANZ for that amount and LVR around 70% with 5.06% variable

    I have had similar experience with a granny built at Chester Hill. This is despite having the site secured. Apparently some of the window frames were taken by neighboring kids. William (I am sure its the same builder as yours, organised via Serge) was great about it and just dealt with it...
