    Thanks to you all for the feedback. So apart from having to pay the stamp duty twice (ie. once as the SMSF (ie. orginal purchaser and the second as an individual). I wouldnt be breaking any laws from purchasing the property from the SMSF at a later date and holding it as my PPOR. Cheers
