Wynnum is a good area, close to CBD, water, good public transport, lots of good school. but Wynnum is a bit more expensive than Wynnum West, if I were you, I would go for 3 properties in Wynnum West for under $400k each, and achieving $400 /wk each. CG growth potential looks good as well...

it is truly well for council to prepare for large population growth, however, Logan has plenty of land to splash.whilst other bayside suburbs like Manly, Wynnum, land supply is very limited (or close to nil), you could still pick up a 3 bedder house for under $400k, with 5% yield. The Bayside...

concern re Logan area is that it increasingly becomes a investor --buy--low social economic tenants--rent area, owner-occupy declining (which is the main drive of capital growth), bit concerned about it.

Hi Terry, the reason why took such approach was that Not to mix PPOR loan repayment with IP loan repayment. setting up the transaction account was to completed separate the PPOR and IP. could you pls explain a bit more about "could paying more tax"? cheers
