    but surely seeing big retail developments will push up prices. were in an established part of NL our home is 12yrs now, the suburb looks fine. I can see NL being similar to parramatta in Sydney, a Half way point between sc and brisbane. Big plans are ahead so I'm looking forward to some growth.

    Well we just fixed and I know alot of other people are too, irrelevant of RBA dropping rates the fixed rates currently on offer would need to constitute 2 full 0.25% rate cuts with it being passed on fully- doubtful!
