Hi Jen I lived on the Central Coast a few years ago. The nice spots I remember were Terrigal, Avoca and Wamberal, which seem to be pretty much in line with all the other replies you've had. I certainly was not a fan of Gosford itself, or Woy Woy. Cheers Sean

The CSA "add back" rental property losses to taxabale income when calculating an adminsitrative assessment, ie an assessment based on the formula, see here http://www.csa.gov.au/payer/formula.aspx. So it really comes to whether or not they treat the losses as if you own the properties.

I'm keen to make a start with Lease Options in Perth. Can anyone reccomend a lawyer for drafting the options agreements? Cheers....Sean
