    Suburb Analysis Webinar

    I joined up and so far i'm regretting it. Results for flip houses are off the plan or newly built homes or land. Also pretty much all the resulting homes are under contract and have been for sometime, a bunch are even sold despite saying 0 days on market. Bitterly Dissapointed.

    I've done it before and it's worked but there's lots of traps. I have found that in lower priced areas people dont care if there's an agent or not but in higher priced areas they do.

    Plenty of agents don't, no matter what they tell you as a landlord. They have the tennants fill in the paperwork and don't ever do checks as they are too tight. D&D real estate at Parramatta are one example that spring to mind.
