Yes a colours consultant can be much more cheaper, than painting and repainting your walls...or you can hire a great photoshop artist to colour everything for you in a monitor and actually see how well or bad it looks...

Think any buyer would not mind it. As to all the posts really depends on the buyer. For me and clients personally it can be defended and it's a pretty cool property. Buying from the heart always makes one very eager. Have a close friend in on it.
