    Wagga Wagga has alot more than just the Hospital expansion. Its quite huge the amounts of projects that are in the pipeline (There is a few posts on here that detail them).

    I would say that the current market conditions would see some short term gains. My sister is trying to purchase around Corrimal. Viewed a place just on the market, offer excepted and then got guzumped. Hardly any stock around. They are struggling to find a place.

    Wow, just found out the PM gave all the keys to the tenant and didn't keep a copy. Tenant has now done the runner and there is no keys for the property.
